Double 50th Star Wars birthday party!

“A big thank you to the Compilation for excellent music that always enticed to the dance floor! So many of our guests said how much they enjoyed your sets, that it made for a fantastic evening to have live music. We really appreciated that you played the Cantina theme just for us, loved that everyone cheered and joined the dancing! The sets offered a good range of music, perfect for everyone (and we had all ages). Peggy's vocals were just amazing! The evening flew by! It was an fantastic party, I've never seen so many people in fancy dress and you all seemed to enjoy the evening too! The birthday girl and boy were especially impressed, the live music was a wonderful surprise.”

“We had our wedding last Saturday at Nutfield Priory and the band were just amazing from start to finish, I don't think there was a moment when the dance floor was empty. The lead vocalist had such a gorgeous unique voice, and the rest of the band sounded fabulous. I had many wedding guests come up to me asking where we had found the band and commenting how brilliant they were - would hire again in a heartbeat! Thanks for ending our wedding day in the best possible way, Hollie and Toby”

“We're so pleased we booked The Compilation and they instantly stood out from the selection that Gemma at Alive Network sent us. We had so many positive comments from our corporate guests on the night, many of whom were from large multi-national companies. A couple of them asked how they could book the band for their own events. From the start, Calum was really pleasant and easy to deal with and the band were all so friendly. They did a short 20 min set over dinner and even had people up dancing for that. Then they were the after-Awards entertainment and played for 90 minutes. The dance floor was full from start to finish. I'd have no hesitation at all recommending people to book them for a whole host of events from weddings, big birthdays; or corporate events.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about our recent experience booking The Compilation for our wedding. The band were extremely professional and made sure they were there on time and set up ready to go! Calum was a brilliant contact for the band and answered all our questions and liaised with the venue on and before the day itself. They learned our first dance song, which wasn't a normal part of their repertoire, and played it fantastically. All our family and friends were up and dancing all night long, and both during the night and afterwards one piece of feedback everyone has mentioned to me was how great the band were! The brilliant set list had everyone up and dancing, from family in their 60s to all our friends. If you are looking for a great wedding band and want to dance the night away, look no further! Outstanding musicians and great energy!”

“The Compilation were incredible and even better on the night than we knew they would be. When we were searching for a wedding band, they stood out as something different in a sea of bands that all seem to play Ed Sheeran on loop. They have a distinct 'funky' style that goes into every song they play and they absolutely make each one their own. They even played some old dance/garage tunes that had been 'rocked up' and the dancefloor went crazy! Don't mistake these guys for your typical wedding band - Calum, Dave and Mike are incredibly talented musicians and Peggy's vocals are outstanding. For our first dance we requested a song that they hadn't played before and they absolutely nailed it. We couldn't have asked for more from The Compilation. They went above & beyond - Calum was really helpful prior to the event and the whole band rocked the hell out the venue on the night. Perhaps we'll have to renew our vows one day so we have an excuse to book them again! Thanks for making our wedding even more special. Stuart & Scarlett”

They were amazing throughout including booking and helping organising set times (which changed so many times - and even on the day!) they were so professional, friendly and accommodating. They are extremely talented. Perfect for dancing the night away. (When the gigs are happening?!) They even did a garage set which was incredible! Thank you so so much! We loved having you guys there and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without you. I wish we could do it all over again!!”
